PRICES AND PAYMENT
The customer agrees to pay the contracted products to La Toscana Flors in the forms of payment accepted by La Toscana Flors and for any complementary amount (including taxes and late payment charges, as the case may be).
The prices applicable to each product are those indicated on the website on the date of the order including, where appropriate, all of them VAT (Value Added Tax) for transactions within the Spanish territory.
However, in accordance with the provisions of Law 37/1992 of December 28, 1992, regulating this tax, the transaction may be exempt or not subject to it depending on the country of residence of the buyer and the condition in which it acts (entrepreneur / professional or individual).
Consequently, in some cases the final price of the order may be altered with respect to that shown on the website.
When making the payment, La Toscana Flors will redirect to the payment gateway of La Toscana Flors.

You can make the payment immediately through our Bank’s SSL secure payment gateway.
If it is necessary to make any refund or cancellation of the order, the amount will be refunded through the same payment card.

2. Bizum
No other method of payment is accepted.
Payment is always in advance of 100% of the order and will be shipped when we confirm payment.
VALIDITY OF PRICES AND OFFERS
The products offered on the website, and their prices, will be available for purchase as long as they are in the product catalog displayed on the website.
Customers are kindly requested to access updated versions of the website to avoid pricing errors.
In any case, orders in process will maintain their conditions for 7 days from the moment of their formalization.
SHIPPING AND TRANSPORTATION
Shipping:
Shipping zones:
– We only ship to Denia, Ondara, Javea, El Vergel.
– The zones are delimited as follows:
◦ Zone 0 – Denia Urban Area
◦ Zone 1 – Zona Montgo, Rotas and Marinas (Up to km. 4)
◦ Zone 2 – La Xara and Hospital Marina Salud
◦ Zone 3 – Ondara, El Vergel, Javea and las Marinas (Km. 4 onwards).
Minimum order:
– A minimum order of 25€ is required to ship to zone 1.
– For zones 2 and 3 a minimum order of 35€ will be required.
Expenses:
Shipping costs will depend on the zone to which delivery is made:
– Zone 0 – 3€
– Zones 1 and 2 – 6€
– Zone 3 – 12€.
If the product is in stock, the order will be shipped immediately to the delivery address indicated by the customer and delivered within 24/48 hours from the moment the order is processed .
If there were any unforeseen event in the delivery of the order we would contact you through your email address, which we requested when registering on the website, to find a solution.
Alternatively we could contact you by phone, if you had provided it, or directly try a second delivery at the address provided.
In case of not having been able to contact or deliver the product in the first or second visit, the customer will be responsible for contacting the carrier or La Toscana Flors via email and assume the additional costs that may involve subsequent deliveries.
Carriers:
The product will be delivered by La Toscana Flors staff.
Assumptions to consider:
- In the event that one of the deadlines is modified, the Customer Service of La Toscana Flors will communicate, either by email or phone call, the approximate delivery time for the total shipment of your order.
Similarly, you will be kept informed of any variation that may arise from this deadline. - Orders will not be delivered to P.O. Boxes.
We reserve the right to withhold shipment of orders with incorrect addresses.
In any case we will contact you according to the data provided for any incident or doubt that may arise in the processing of your order.
WARRANTY
In those incidents that justify the use of the warranty, we will opt for the repair, replacement of the article, discount or refund, in the legally established terms.

COMMON SYSTEM OF VALUE ADDED TAX OF THE EUROPEAN UNION

The price of the products marketed by La Toscana Flors includes Spanish VAT.

The Services do not provide price protection or refunds in the event of price reductions or promotional offers.
RETURN POLICY
Cancellations and/or refunds will only be accepted under the following terms.
a) Cancellation
The customer may cancel your order and request a full refund if it has not yet been sent.
To do so, you should contact us as soon as possible from the contact form or send us an email to eventos@latoscanaflors.com and provide us with your details and order number.
b) Return
Our fresh product selection, preparation and packaging processes are very strict and we guarantee that they are shipped without defects.
Carefully check your package at the time of delivery.
– If the order arrives up to 24 hours later than agreed, the customer must accept the delivery and if the product is in bad condition can open an incident from the contact form or send us an email to eventos@latoscanaflors.com with the name of the products as well as a photograph of them.
– You must indicate on the delivery note the reason for the return at this end.
Returns will only be accepted for orders with evidence of having been damaged in transit and any complaint must be made at the same time the order is received.
If the product arrives in poor condition, Jorge Camino Llorca will assume the shipping costs incurred for the return, provided that the products are in the aforementioned conditions.
To process the claim, you must contact us within 24 hours and send us an email to eventos@latoscanaflors.com, indicating your name, order number and explaining in detail what happened.
c) Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal may not be exercised (except for error or defect in the contracted product or service), in the following cases provided for in Article 45 of the Commercial Law:
● Contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized, or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
● Contracts for the supply of sound or video recordings, discs and computer programs that have been unsealed by the consumer, as well as computer files, supplied electronically, capable of being downloaded or reproduced immediately for permanent use.
● And in general all those products ordered remotely that are custom-made for us: clothing, photographic development, etc., or that are susceptible to copying (books, music, video games, etc.).
The customer shall have the right to withdraw from the contract for a period of 14 calendar days without stating the reason and without incurring any costs other than those provided for in Articles 107.2 and 108, in accordance with the provisions of BOE-A-2014-3329.
To exercise this right, a form is provided where you can fill in the necessary data for the management of the same.
How to return products in accepted cases:
To return a product in the cases foreseen and accepted by this withdrawal policy, the following instructions must be followed:
– No returns will be accepted carriage forward.
– You must have notified La Toscana Flors the desire to withdraw and have obtained the corresponding authorization before shipping.
– You must download and complete the withdrawal form below and send it with the package.

In case of repeated returns or claims for poor condition or defective product by the same customer, La Toscana Flors reserves the right not to make new shipments to the customer.
The return costs will be borne by the customer.
Refunds will be made within 14 (fourteen) calendar days following the date on which we receive the returned product(s) at the specified address.
La Toscana Flors will proceed to refund in the form of payment that the customer has used to place the order, and such reimbursement shall be subject to the right of La Toscana Flors to retain amounts for returned products that are damaged.
We will refund the amount paid for the returned product(s) minus the shipping costs (if applicable).

In accordance with Article 29 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, 2002, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, electronic contracts between businessmen or professionals, the parties submit, at their option, for the resolution of conflicts and renouncing to any other forum, to the Courts and Tribunals of the User’s domicile.
