SHIPPING
Where can I receive my order?
You can receive it at the address of your choice (home, work, etc), as long as it is within the municipality of Denia (Alicante).
Otherwise, you can also pick it up at the store.
You can pick it up at the store located at Pasaje París, nº16, Bajo, 03700, Dénia (Alicante).
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
The delivery time for the usual product is from 24 to 72h.
For special products, out of stock or upon request, the delivery time should be consulted before placing the order.
If delivery cannot be completed within the usual delivery time, the company will contact the customer to arrange a delivery time or cancel the order.
How much do I have to pay for shipping and handling?
Store pick-up is free of charge.
Delivery within the municipality of Dénia (Dénia center, Hospital Marina Salud, Las Marinas, Las Rotas, La Xara, for example) is free of charge.
No shipments will be made for distances greater than 15km.
How do I know where my order is?

What is the home delivery process?
We will send you a confirmation email when your order is about to leave the warehouse and the carrier will contact you to inform you about the delivery of your order.
RETURNS
No claims will be accepted after 24 hours.
In case of any damage, the carrier must be notified at the time of delivery and a written record must be made on a delivery note.
As these are perishable products and a service upon request, no cancellations are allowed.
